This 45-minute 1:1 private Zoom session is a supportive, nurturing space for highly sensitive souls where they will feel witnessed, seen, and held exactly where they are on their current path. 

To begin, I’ll guide you through a gentle somatic, grounding meditation to help you softly drop into your body. Together, we’ll explore what is currently asking for attention within your mental, emotional, energetic, and intuitive landscape. 

Through intuitive guidance, energy healing, chakra alignment, and grounded conversation, I’ll help you understand what your soul is longing to heal, shift, or let go of to create more space in your life, and connect more deeply and trust your inner knowing. 

This session is not intended to be predictive or prescriptive. It is a return to your own energy and inner knowing; helping you remember, reclaim, and embrace your true self. Each session is intuitively guided and aligned to your unique awakening and healing journey.

Connect + Aura Portrait Session

For those who crave to be deeply seen and honored in both their humanity and highest soul expression.

This is a 90-minute 1:1 private session designed for highly sensitive souls to feel witnessed, seen, and held exactly where they are on their current path. 

This immersive session combines intuitive guidance, energy healing, chakra alignment, and a custom intuitive aura portrait, hand-painted by Stephanie during our time together.

We’ll begin by exploring what is currently asking for attention within your mental, emotional, energetic, and intuitive landscape.

I’ll then lead you into a guided healing journey while I intuitively channel the energy, colors, movement, and symbols present within your aura into a personalized watercolor painting. The channeled painting is co-created with your higher consciousness as a reflection of your unique soul essence, aligned with your current awakening and healing journey.

After about 45-minutes, you’ll be invited to journal about your experience before we come together and explore what came through while I was painting. Through grounded conversation and intuitive insight, I’ll help you understand what your soul is longing to heal, shift, or let go of to create more space in your life, and connect more deeply and trust your inner knowing.
