By booking or purchasing any service, audio recording, artwork, digital offering, program, or experience through stephanieaurora.com, Stephanie Aurora, or Spiritual Alchemist, Inc., you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms + Conditions.

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 years of age or older to book or purchase an offering.

NATURE OF THE WORK

Stephanie Aurora’s offerings are intended for spiritual growth, personal reflection, creativity, and self-exploration. They do not replace medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional care or advice.

Intuitive guidance is subjective and offered for your consideration. No particular outcome or level of accuracy is guaranteed. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and decisions.

PAYMENT + REFUNDS

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

Because many offerings are personalized or created specifically for the purchaser, all purchases are final. There are no cancellations or refunds except where required by law or when Stephanie is unable to fulfill an offering.

LIVE ATTUNEMENT SESSIONS

Live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using the scheduling link or by contacting Stephanie in writing.

Changes requested with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened and will end at the originally scheduled time. If Stephanie must postpone because of illness or an emergency, your session will be rescheduled.

You are required to attend from a quiet, private, stationary space where you can remain uninterrupted and fully present. Sessions may not be attended while driving, walking around, working, in a public or shared environment, with other people present, or while checking email, messages, or other devices.

If these conditions are not met, Stephanie may end the session. The appointment will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Live Attunement Sessions are held through Zoom audio with cameras off. Clients may record their own session for personal use through Zoom, with host permission, or with their own recording app or device. The client is responsible for starting, saving, and securely storing the recording. Stephanie does not create, retain, or deliver session recordings. Recordings may not be shared, published, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

PERSONALIZED AUDIO + DIGITAL OFFERINGS

Personalized audio offerings are created after all required forms and information have been received. Delivery timing is stated on the individual offer page.

Audio recordings, meditations, digital materials, classes, programs, and seasonal experiences are provided for the purchaser’s personal use. Access may not be shared or transferred to another person.

ATTUNEMENT ENERGY PORTRAITS

An Attunement Energy Portrait is a bespoke intuitive Attunement experience expressed through an original physical painting and a personalized audio transmission. The painting and audio are two parts of one experience.

This is not a conventional art commission created according to requested colors, imagery, symbolism, or a predetermined visual outcome. The painting emerges through Stephanie’s intuitive and creative process. By purchasing, you understand that its colors, imagery, movement, symbolism, and accompanying guidance cannot be previewed, directed, revised, or guaranteed.

Because the Attunement process begins after purchase and the experience is created specifically for you, all purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by law or if Stephanie is unable to complete the experience.

The creation timeline begins after all required forms, photographs, and information have been received. Estimated creation and shipping times are stated on the individual offer page.

Shipping costs are disclosed before purchase. International clients are responsible for additional shipping charges, customs fees, tariffs, taxes, or import requirements.

If an unexpected delay affects shipment of the physical painting, you will be contacted with an updated timeline and any options required by applicable law. If your painting arrives damaged, contact Stephanie within seven days of delivery and retain the artwork and original packaging so the issue can be reviewed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY + PERSONAL USE

All written, recorded, digital, visual, artistic, and educational materials remain the intellectual property of Stephanie Aurora and Spiritual Alchemist, Inc.

Purchasing an offering grants you personal, noncommercial use only. Materials and recordings may not be copied, shared, published, taught, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with Stephanie Aurora unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CONDUCT

Verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward Stephanie is unacceptable and may result in the immediate termination of a session or service without a refund.

RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stephanie Aurora and Spiritual Alchemist, Inc. are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from your use of an offering or its accompanying materials.

These Terms + Conditions may be updated periodically. The terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
